(SR) PROGRAM provides services to Fayette County mental health consumers 18 years of age and older.

TRANSPORTATION is provided to and from the program by the Crosskeys van.

HOURS OF OPERATION are 9:00 a. m. to 3:00 p. m., Monday through Friday. Evening activities are sometimes scheduled as well.

THE CROSSKEYS SR PROGRAM is a voluntary, on-going support group designed to assist mental health consumers attain their optimum level of self-sufficiency by providing them with the opportunity to obtain:

* interpersonal communicative (socialization) skills

* independant living skills

* pre-vocational training

* basic adult- education abilities

* community utilization & linkage skills

* time-structuring skills
